Initially started to provide support and sales of the CableSolve product, we have expanded in to providing help to organisations in policy and procedure, auditing, barcode labels and hardware and Professional Services.
As the CableSolve product expanded, so too did our knowledge of the market, with staff members having worked in many sites throughout Australia, from Data Centres, to floor fit-outs, external fibre work.

Randall Lumbewe is the founding director of Avantex, founding director of Syndeticom, and also a founding board member of Cormant Inc, the organisation that develops and supports Cormant-CS (formerly CableSolve).
With knowledge in Australia second to none in Cabling, Randall has worked directly on many projects, and focusing on Data Centre design, strategy and cabling for the past 10 years.
Prior to Syndeticom, Randall taught at NSW TAFE, in Electronics Trade, Telecommunications Trade Electronics and Communications Certificate, giving him the latest insights to cabling, and its role in delivering IT to organisations.
Stuart Davidson has been with Avantex since 2007, with a background in IT for the past 20 years in various organisations.
With the aim on delivering the optimal solution to our customers, Stuarts focus on detail, policy and procedure and DC knowledge continues to help our current and potential customers exceed their expectations in service delivery.
Prior to Avantex, Stuart worked for Credit Suisse in various roles over a 10 year period.
Initially based in the Sydney office, and relocated to Singapore to head up the Y2K Infrastructure project for the regional hub of the bank, where he continued on his strong asset management knowledge and policy and procedure focus.
Throughout his tenure in Credit Suisse, Stuart worked in the Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, NY, Zurich and smaller regional offices in the Data Centre space, writing tools and working on Global projects in voice and data.
Shelley has enjoyed a remarkably diverse career, spanning IT, sales, marketing and operations, working with global giants, local specialists, small businesses and community organisations.
Having been involved with Avantex since 2009, Shelley is now a permanent fixture, ensuring our Client’s expectations are exceeded in every aspect of the service they receive from us.
Having worn so many hats herself, Shelley is able to empathise and communicate with clients from all walks of life, helping them not only by designing and delivering IT solutions to meet their needs, but also by working alongside them to drive change in their own organisations, through the creation and facilitation of customised processes, procedures and solutions.
Shelley’s clients and direct experience Includes: Diageo, Tabcorp, Racing and Wagering WA, Mrs Crocket’s Fresh, Kimberly Clark, Kellogg, Flight Centre, Johnson & Johnson, Reckitt Benckiser, Lion, Sugar Research Australia (BSES), Charles Sturt University and Macquarie Community College.
Daniel Clough moved to Avantex as the Customer Relationship Manager in 2018.
His previous role as a key employee of Syndeticom for several years, specialising in the Data Centre space in Australia.
Daniel brings a strong knowledge of DCIM with exceptional skills in connectivity (comms and electrical) based on years in various roles in the industry.
